Job Purpose

To implement performance management processes.  Establish governance, reporting, testing protocols, and performance metrics to guide the Company’s assurance work.

Key Accountabilities

• Design and develop regulatory assurance performance management processes, procedures, and frameworks.
• Developt of actionable metrics, scorecards, PKIs and management reports for effective compliance monitoring.
• Prepare reports/scorecards on compliance control testing and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and results. 
• Monitor KPIs and KRIs.
• Coordinate annaul controls review and certification processes across the US business.
• Lead effort to establish Archer GRC as single repository for US business obligations and controls. 
• Assist with roll out of new compliance initiative.

Qualifications

• 5-7 or more years experience generating performance results reporting..  
• Thorough knowledge of performance management measurement techniques.
• Understands well defined goals and sets priorities to reach them.  
• Able to makes decisions in a timely manner while balancing internal and external demands. 
• Strong understanding of regulatory obligations and controls.  
• GRC Acher database knowledge required.
