The Senior product designer is responsible for overseeing the development of the strategy, features, and flow of a digital solutions or product.
What you'll do
Mentor, coach, and guide other designers on the team.
Lead product design team and work with other design leads, design director, VP of Design to influence the overall strategy and provide accountability.
Lead the team in bringing the research to life through personas, customer journeys, insight-opportunity frameworks, system maps, user stories, scenarios, infographics and service models.
Guide the team in communicating visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and final design concepts.
Use divergent design thinking techniques to develop products, services and/or physical connected form-factors.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
What you'll need
5+ years of relevant experience in user experience design, digital products design, usability testing, future visioning, and strategy development, and ability to lead and train others.
A portfolio of work demonstrating strong human-centered design capabilities across a diverse range of projects.
Positive attitude and an intrinsic motivation to deliver the highest quality work supported by user data and evidence.
Experience working in a fast-paced professional service environment and managing ambiguity, working autonomously, keeping organized, and multitasking.
