What you’ll be doing
Leading an engineering team within a given product
Managing the end-to-end technology execution
Designing and developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Ensuring selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology
Actively engaging in sprint planning, delivery, and managing the releases
Driving the adoption of best practices for data architecture, data standards, and data security
Acting as a mentor to development and business teams on data architecture design and requirements
What will make you successful
Proven ability to set technical vision, build technical product roadmaps, and drive continuous product improvements
Expertise in designing, building, and operating distributed systems
Proven experience in service delivery through development and maintenance of software solutions
5-7 years of experience with data platform engineering data pipeline development
Demonstrated experience leading project teams, and setting technical direction
