We are hiring top digital talent like yourself across [their function first], UX Research, product management, and product engineering to incubate and scale digital products and platforms that will accelerate the energy transition.
To provide best in class second line assurance to the change portfolio and build assurance capability across the change portfolio and change delivery resources.
Undertake day-to day management of the team and oversee all external spend on assurance consulting.
Support creation of the program assurance strategy for the agreed portfolio, programs and projects and agree the management plan.
Lead, plan, manage, configure and prioritize assurance activities in line with the assurance schedule to deliver planned assurance.
Appraise assurance/validation findings, lessons learned, audit findings, issues driving under performance (including trends and norms) and other intelligence to prioritize future assurance activities and make recommendations for consideration of consequence within the wider portfolio.
Develop scope, depth, alignment and robustness of stage reviews and undertake health checks ensuring that the outcomes identify all issues and that comprehensive timely action plans are in place to mitigate these issues before the reviews.
Conduct ‘deep dive’ independent assurance reviews when required.
Provide independent authoritative view of the performance of activities within the portfolio and deliver messages to stakeholders, program boards and steering groups.
Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required
Demonstrable track record of developing successful, long lasting, relationships across the business.
Experience of managing project teams, managing others and projects independently.
Degree level qualification or comparable industry experience is essential
