Job Purpose

US Information Technology (IT) Process and Performance Reporting Analyst will assist with defining, implementing and running processes, reporting, governance and other activities to support effective operation of the team. To develop and deliver new reporting requirements from business requests that drive added value across the business units.

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure the effective implementation and operation of processes and reporting.
  • Establish, implement and operate new processes spanning multiple departments to support transition to new operating model.
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reports and analytics to specific deadlines and requirements, covering a broad spectrum of both internal and external obligations and a broad spectrum of stakeholders from team leader to Director level and including external recipients.
  • Manage development of new reporting and ad-hoc requirements from initial requirement to delivery.
  • Coach and support colleagues within and external to the team to optimize productivity and quality, initiate action to address resource shortfalls or productivity gaps.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and existing working practices, assessing impact of change requests from other parts of the business on own area of operation.
  • Travel required up to 50%

Qualifications

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
  • Process Excellence qualifications required
  • Tableau experience required
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
