Job Purpose

Leads the coordination of and resolution of logistically matters as related to field deployment of field devices and meter/ module distribution                      

Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the logistics related to material procurement, storage, and shipping across NMPC
  • Work directly with AMI vendor to plan and trouble shoot material coordination
  • Track and report on material procurement and failures in accordance to the deployment timelines and in alignment with our MSA SLAs
  • Assure meters and materials are tested, tracked, and available for installation in accordance to NY PSC compliance standards
  • Support staging and assignment of materials to field personnel locations for Operations and installers in accordance to the deployment schedule                                

Supervisory/Interpersonal- Experience Required

  • Ability to drive cross functional performance and accountability of internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience applying core Project Management principles and operational experience applicable to management of an AMI deployment
  • Experience with Supply Chain Management                                


  • Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of Field Operations, Supply Chain Management, and/or Program Management Experience
  • Project management or material coordination experience on large-scale programs preferred.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional resources and a diverse group of stakeholders.
