Job Purpose

Location: Malden

Key Accountabilities

  • Assist Customer Meter Service supervisors in administrative support
  • Prepare time reports as required
  • Overtime and miscellaneous Reports (ex. PEX Sidewalk)
  • Miscellaneous Invoices (SAP, shopping carts)
  • Check Request
  • Get sheets ready for polling (not performing actual polling)
  • Closeout completed CMS work orders in the Work Management System (i.e.. Maximo)
  • Supplies
  • Mail
  • Filing / Scanning / Copy
  • Posting Corporate Bulletins
  • Administrative support of license/training
  • Administrative support of meeting schedules
  • Administrative assistance in completing job change form
  • Remedy updates
  • Train/retrain clerical support
  • Corporate policy applies to uniforms/phones/computers
  • Perform other general duties in the CMS group as assigned
  • Handle internal and external customer calls

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated computer skills and knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external customers
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to process large volumes of data within strict deadlines
  • Must have successfully passed the Clerical Assessment Test.
