The Gas Business Enablement (GBE) program is an innovative initiative designed to enable the National Grid’s US Gas team to “Bring Energy to Life.” This major long-term initiative’s goals are to improve customer satisfaction, accelerate business performance, enhance compliance, and enable employees to provide the best service they can by arming them with leading technology.
The GBE Change Management team is charged with helping to drive adoption of new ways of working. This team is focused on creating awareness through buy-in and commitment of new tools and systems.
As part of the GBE Change Management team, our Change Management Specialist will be a critical contributor. This role is perfect for a self-starter who has demonstrated strong people and analytical skills. This candidate will be providing support to the change team while honing his/her/their change management expertise.
The successful candidate will ideally have had previous experience of participating in large scale transformation programs. He/she/they will be highly articulate and confident to engage at all levels across the gas business and ensuring quality and timely delivery of the assigned work.
