Job Purpose

The Enterprise Project Manager for the Join to Leave (J2L) process is to support a large scale complex strategic global HR change transformation by ensuring the end-to-end design, development, and execution of initiatives to deliver a best-in-class J2L process and initiatives to deliver the transformation by:

  • Supporting strategy and executive level leadership across the cross-functional J2L related activities
  • Improving the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery of the join to leave journey of applicants and colleagues
  • Evolving the operating model and delivery model of J2L related activities to ensure alignment with Group Strategy, Purpose, Vision, and Values

Key Accountabilities

  • Pro-active project management and delivery ownership, including task allocation to the team
  • Develop project plans for initiatives
  • Prepare and submit reporting and governance requirements for the initiatives
  • Driving of process improvements, to include identification of inefficiencies and quality gaps
  • To prepare and issue the KPI reports to PMO Lead and central EPO team (as agreed)
  • To drive on time delivery of module plans
  • Support benefits tracking and realisation
  • Drive business readiness and transition to BAU stable state

Qualifications

  • Experience in supporting and/or leading¬† project and programme management
  • MS Office at advanced level
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders at a senior level
  • Ability to identify problems and suggest solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective prioritising and time management skills
  • Track record for delivering projects to time, cost and quality
  • Scrum master, SaFE, Lean experience desirable
