Job Purpose

As HR Process Transformation Lead, Join to Leave (J2L) you will help define what our Global HR Processes should look like.  You will identify gaps in efficiencies of existing HR Processes, bridge gaps in inefficiencies and be responsible for driving, documenting and mapping the newly defined ‘to be’ processes across the global organisation, reducing the manual processing time, improving operational efficiency and enhancing end user experience.  The HR Process Lead, will support process transformation delivery by conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses, anticipating and resolving implementation challenges, and outlining initiative milestones to deliver a best-in-class J2L process globally (US and UK). 

The HR Process Transformation Lead, J2L will be responsible for:

  • Leading specific initiative(s) within J2L to increase effectiveness and efficiency
  • Supporting individual Initiative Leads with resource planning, initiative timelines, and challenge resolution
  • Anticipating challenges, identifying opportunities, and streamlining communication to ensure the seamless delivery of J2L initiatives.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have the following knowledge, experience and technical know how:

  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering process change management initiatives for global or large-scale transformations ideally within HR or Finance. 
  • Comfortable influencing and collaborating at all levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated experience producing organization-wide communications and communication strategies
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering training programs to diverse group of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated client relationship skills working in a dynamic client environment
  • Strong project management experience, including schedule, scope, issue and risk management
  • Strategic thinking and solving problems regarding organizational and behavioral challenges
  • Experience leveraging leading change management practices
  • Ability to measure and analyze data
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an easily understandable written format
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the development and advancement of multiple initiatives across J2L
  • Coordinate with EPO Program Manager to report out progress and next steps of initiatives
  • Coordinate with individual Initiative Leaders to translate J2L’s strategic vision into tactical deliverables and milestones
  • Proactively identify risks, escalate as necessary to the Enterprice Process Owner Program Manager, and provide solutions to solve challenges
  • Guide Initiative Leaders through delivery of initiative deliverables and milestones and ensure leaders have sufficient support and accurate information to properly execute on their plans
  • Utilise best-in-class frameworks and analyses to support the Initiative Leaders and provide the EPO Program Manager with accurate insight into the value and timing of initiatives
  • Support the EPO Program Manager to ensure the process outcomes & performance metrics are met
  • Drive for operational excellence by proactively identifying areas of opportunity for each initiative and marrying execution to the HR North Star vision
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders to facilitate E2E communication, alignment of critical dependencies, consistency in analytical approaches, and across-the-board use of best practices

Qualifications

  • Significant strategic, operational, HR, and colleague leadership experience
  • Significant experience using and implementing analytical frameworks and techniques
  • Track record of leadership with experience in project management
  • Skilled in translating strategy into action
  • Comfortable conducting quantitative analyses and can translate numbers into insights
  • Skilled in anticipating implementation challenges and developing actionable solutions to proactively address issues
  • Highly organized and capable of coordinating deliverables of multiple internal stakeholders
  • Experience working in the HR function of public utility companies or similar regulated industries preferred
