Job Purpose

Department: Contact Center

Pay Rate: $15.00

We are seeking individuals who are self-motivated, thrive off goals, have the ability to multitask, and are detail oriented, with great interpersonal skills, excellent customer service skills and a high degree of professionalism.

Representatives are expected to provide a high level of customer service while achieving set goal including but not limited to appropriate handle and after call work times.  Individuals best suited for this role are those comfortable using multiple computer- based systems at once while maintaining a professional phone demeanor.

As an Outbound Representative you will assist customers in scheduling future dated appointments. In some cases, you will be required to motivate customers to schedule appointments. Outbound is a fast-paced environment, and at times customers may become frustrated with our repeated calls to get them to schedule for specific dates and times.  Employees best qualified for this position should be able to remain calm and cool under pressure and be able to diffuse tense situations.

  • Must have at minimum a High School Diploma or GED
  • This is a part time position of 20 hours per week
  • Outbound experience is a plus but not necessary
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills are necessary
  • Must possess excellent verbal communication skills with the willingness to hone writing skills
  • Familiarity and comfort using online based tools such as email, online learning and/or internet searches
  • Preference will be given to candidates with prior customer service experience
